Shipping:

We will normally ship all orders within 24 hrs of receipt of the order. Items found not to be "In Stock" will ship within 24 hrs of the item being restocked at our facility by our suppliers or direct shipped from the manufactures if possible. Shipping will be by UPS only and shipping fees are determined by weight of product and shipping fees are subject to change as determined by the carriers. Orders will not ship without payment.

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we will refund your money or exchange any item WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. We cannot accept returned items that have been used or tampered with. Orders returned after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If your package was damaged in shipment or we made a mistake on your order, please Contact us at (218) 283-3416. We allow 2-3 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange. In the event of temporary shortages of products, we reserve the right to substitute other brands of equal or higher quality.
